You have questions? We have answers!  Here are some of the frequently asked questions about your visit to TS Fork:

1. What is prix fixe and what does that mean to me?

Prix Fixe is a term that means fixed price, fixed menu. All of our regular dinners are $35 each, with the exception of optional beverage service for wine and beer. Your dinner will include five courses of deliciousness and complimentary iced tea, coffee, water and soft drinks. Wine and Beer are available at additional charges.

2. Do I have to have a reservation? Why can’t I just show up on Friday night?

Our style of cooking is farm to table… or as we like to call it, farm to Fork! That means that prior to your meal, we source the best local ingredients and prepare enough food for the reservations we have booked. We don’t want anyone going hungry when they leave our restaurant, so we need to plan for your arrival. We also only currently have one seating a night, and the limited size of our venue makes it difficult to wait list anyone.

3. What kind of cuisine will you be serving?

We serve common plate cuisine for an uncommon experience. Our meals will be a mixture of different ethnicity based on the produce and meat available by local vendors for that weekend. Chef Jeff is experienced in a variety of cuisine, and you’ll always know the menu by checking it out on this website or by following us on social media prior to your reservation.

4. Do you have wine and beer?

We will showcase area wine makers and serve a selection of beers in our dining area.  This service is in addition to the prix fixe menu, and price will vary by the choice in beverage.  We also offer a full service bar as well.

 

5. What is the dress code at TS Fork?

While we won’t require a suit and tie to dine with us, we do recommend business casual, as this is a destination dining experience and we want everyone’s experience to be special.

6. Do you only serve lamb?

We are proud to partner with many farmers in the Salt Fork River Valley, including Silvertop Farm and Vineyards, however, our menu will feature a variety of meats including but not limited to lamb, beef, chicken, pork, and fish.

7. Do you cater?

YES! We are honored to either cater your event at your location or host your event at ours! Please email finishingstrong@msn.com to discuss details and get pricing for your specific event.

8. Why Tonkawa?

We have been presented a truly unique opportunity with this location and our associates at First National Bank and Tonkawa Development Authority. We feel that this location also provides the ambiance for our “destination dinner experience.”

9. How long does it take to get to TS Fork from…

Ponca City- 15 minutes; OKC &  Tulsa- about an hour and a half; Stillwater- an hour; Enid- 50 minutes. For a map of our location, and driving directions, click HERE.
